When you request a cancellation of your Nota subsciption, please note the following policy.

Our Refund policy includes:

No refund can be offered if you started to use your subscription and have started to use our Mobile application through the iOS or the Play Store.

Nota does not offer refunds on any unused portion of the current subscription. Prevent an unwanted subscription from renewing by canceling at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

If you purchased your Nota membership through a third-party vendor (iTunes, Google Play, PayPal), you will need to contact them directly for more information on their refund policy.

If you have purchased a subscription to Nota, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase. However, if you access the Nota mobile app within 7 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your purchase.

You may cancel your subscription to Nota at any time via the website's contact us page. The termination shall have effect after one month from the date of cancellation request. You will not be refunded for the time you have used Nota within the 30 days. You will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for (provided you have not accessed the mobile application within the 7-day period and under the conditions described above).

Nota reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service. Suppose Nota terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity. In that case, Nota shall have no liability or responsibility to you and will not refund any amounts you have previously paid.

After the cancellation of your account with Nota, you won't be able to access Nota's features such as downloading and listening to your downloaded songs anymore.
