When you request a cancellation of your Nota subsciption, please note the following policy.
No refund can be offered if you started to use your subscription and have started to use our Mobile application through the iOS or the Play Store within 7 days.
Nota does not offer refunds on any unused portion of the current subscription. Prevent an unwanted subscription from renewing by canceling 7 days before the renewal date so that our team can help you cancel your subscription.
If you purchased your Nota membership through a third-party vendor (iTunes, Google Play, PayPal), you will need to contact them directly for more information on their refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription to Nota at any time via the website's contact us page. The termination shall have effect after one month from the date of cancellation request. You will be refunded for 11 months of your subscription if you request a refund within 7 days.
You will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for if you request a refund after the grace period of 7 days and provided you have not accessed the mobile application within the 7-day period.
Nota reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service (eg. the use of profanity, racist, abusive language, harassing comments etc). Suppose Nota terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity. In that case, Nota shall have no liability or responsibility to you and will not refund any amounts you have previously paid.

After the cancellation of your account with Nota, you won't be able to access Nota's features such as downloading and listening to your downloaded songs anymore.
